Varieties : Muscat Petit Grain 70%, Muscat
d’Alexandrie 30%

Yield : Between 20 and 25 hectolitres/hectare

Altitude : Between 250 and 350 m

Aspect : Southeast facing land

Soil : Sandy-clay soil developed over black schist, shiny schist and gneiss from the Agly mountains

District : Vines located near Força Real

Vinification : De-stemming, short maceration on the skins, pneumatic pressing, thermo-regulated fermentation until the point it is stopped by the addition of alcohol. (fortification).

Ageing : In tank in an oxygen reducing environment and early bottling. Maturing in our cellars.

Tasting : Attractive yellow colour, fresh and complex on the nose with notes of melon, Roussillon apricot, vine peach, white flowers, and hints of menthol and lemon. Full and fresh on the palate with nice weight, slightly peppery.

Serving : Between 10 and 12°C

Accompaniments : As an aperitif and to enhance exotic dishes, tarts and fruit sorbets.
