Vinification : Cold settling of the must, which is kept on lees, Fermentation starts in the 4 to 5 following days, It takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks during 10 to 15 days, Then, the wine is left on its lees between 4 to 6 months,
Tasting notes : A pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Intense nose mixing fruity aromas (apple, banana) and some vegetal notes (elder). Clean attack with palate offering a good volume and a nice freshness. Fruity flavour reminds the nose with a finish on sweet bay notes.
