Vinification : Cold settling of the must, which is kept on lees, Fermentation starts in the 4 to 5 following days, It takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks during 10 to 15 days, Then, the wine is left on its lees between 4 to 6 months,

Tasting notes : A pale yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is still discreet. Then, aeration enhances expressive honey, linden and tomato leaves aromas. Ample, crispy and fruity palate (lime) with a long finish on grapefruit peel.

Alcohol content : 13 %
