Vinification : Direct pressing with a pneumatic press and cold settling of the juice at 6°C. Thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation at a maximum of 17°C for up to15 days.
Ageing : After racking, ageing in fibre tanks for 10 months.
Tasting : The nose is very aromatic, on ripe fruits and dried fruits with a vanilla tip. The mouth is very pleasant from the attack, it is oily, balanced on flavors of peach. It announces a good potential of guard.
Serving : 8 to 10°C
Storage : Drink within 2 years
Accompaniments : This wine is ideal with Scallops, Sushis, Curry Scallops and exotic cuisine.
