Vinification : Putting into stainless steel vats for fermentation alcoholic at 25°C for 6 days. Pressing and assembly of the first press juice with the juice of gout. Malolactic fermentation at 20°C.

Ageing : Wine placed in the cold to favour the tartaric precipitation and storage in concrete tanks and stainless steel from 1 year to 18 months.

Tasting : Harmonious palate with a touch of pepper and violet scents. Soft attack and beautiful length with a slightly final spicy.

Service : 14°C

Aging : From 3 to 5 years

Accompaniment : Poultry, lamb and cheese cooked dough.
