Our Story

The AOP Châteauneuf du Pape, one of the earliest to be created, dates back to 1936. Domaine Olivier HILLAIRE is set at the heart of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation and was created ten yars ago and is the result of more than 25 years’ experience as a wine grower, a soil expert and a winemaker. His sons have now joined him with enthusiasm and dedication. The estate is environmentally friendly and practices sustainable viticulture.
