History : At La Navarre Foundation, aromatic and structured vintages are crafted with care and love of the terroir. The Foundation is the former stronghold of the Salesians, formerly led by Don Bosco. In addition to a college and a training centre, the resort is home to an 80-hectare vineyard that produces typical wines, light and refined. »

Spirit : When we speak about love of the farmer for his ground, it is not an image, it is "L' Amorevolezza", the warm and grateful friendship. It is all the spirit of this gastronomic wine that will sublimate the most sophisticated dishes.

Soil : 3 types of ground who make up a powerful and authentic terroir, convenient to the elaboration of wines with strong identity:
- Slaty soil emanating from the end of the Massif desMaures in the East.
 - Sandy-clay ground with chalk emanating from the end of the Permian depression on the West.
- Stony and sandy-clay soil at the entrance of the domain.

Vinification : Harvested in maturity step. Soaking before fermentation in cold for 10 days. Low-temperature fermentation between 14 and 16 °.

Varieties : Mourvèdre, Grenache

Personnality : Rosé wine with a great personality, persistant in mouth, modern and gastronomic with a light colour.

Serving : 10°C

Storage : Wine to drink in the year
