Soil : 3 types of ground who make up a powerful and authentic terroir, convenient to the elaboration of wines with strong identity:
- Slaty soil emanating from the end of the Massif desMaures in the East.
- Sandy-clay ground with chalk emanating from the end of the Permian depression on the West.
- Stony and sandy-clay soil at the entrance of the domain.
Vinification : Harvested in maturity step. Soaking before fermentation in cold for 10 days. Low-temperature fermentation between 14 and 16 °.
Varieties : Grenache, Tibouren, Mourvèdre
Personnality : Modern Rosé wine with citrus fruit notes, and mineral mouth
