Grape Varieties : Merlot (50%), Syrah (50%) 

Soil :  Clayey-limestone ; stony soil. 

Aspect : south-east. 

Yield : 40 Hl/Ha for the Merlot and the Syrah. 

Source : Vines 10 to 20 years old for two varieties.

Vinification : Destemmed grapes for all of them. Separated vinification. 15 days of maceration for the Merlot. 12 days of maceration for the Syrah. 

Ageing : 2 years. 

Tasting : This delicious wine presents a beautiful red dress cherry. Its nose offers a red fruit bouquet with a good aromatic persistence. The mouth is marked by constant red small fruits with a spiced note. Its grain of very pleasant tannin gives much flexibility and roundness. Its length and its aromatic persistence are very interesting.

 Serving : 14/16°C

Accompaniments : We advise you to drink this wine with mixed salads, grills and soft cheeses.
