Vinification: Organic Agriculture. Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for several months in order to
develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.
Ageing : in tanks.
Tasting : A golden yellow color, an open nose exalting powerful perfumes of exotic candied fruits (mango, lychee), spices (cloves, cinnamon, pepper). Mouth soft, pleasant soft, with an acidity present in the final.
Serving : 8 to 10°C
Storage : Drink within 10 years
Accompaniments : Fruity and powerful wine to accompany with strong cheeses such as munster, spicy cuisines or “foie gras” in terrines.
