Vinification : Harvested in overmaturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in our cellar for several months in order to develop its richness to the
maximum. Then it is high on fine lees until it is bottled.

Ageing : in tanks.

Tasting : His dress is intense, yellow with light golden reflections. On the nose, it is a true aromatic palette, rich and exuberant, which characterizes this gewurztraminer. The bouquet is powerful and complex.
Dominating exotic fruits (litchi, passion fruit, pineapple, mango...), flowers (especially rose), citrus fruits (orange peel) and spices. Aromas of honey and ripe fruit also contribute to give the nose an impression of incomparable richness. In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine, well-structured with breadth and fat.

Serving : 8 to 10°C

Storage : Drink within 5 years

Accompaniments : Because of its great maturity, this wine accompanies your appetizers, your foie gras, but also many desserts.
