Vinification : Organic Agriculture. Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for several months in order to
develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.

Tasting : With a bright yellow color, this white Pinot presents aromas of white-fleshed fruits. Its attack is crunchy and fruity, then it reveals us notes of peach
typical of the varietal.
Serving : 8 to 10°C
Storage : Drink within 5 years
Accompaniments : To be served with appetizers, quiche pies but also with fish and white meats.
