District : Eguisheim

Vinification : Organic Agriculture. Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for several months in order to develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.

Ageing : in tanks.

Tasting : Aromas of white fruits like pear and peach, notes of honey, moderate acidity but always present.

Serving : 8 to 10°C

Storage : Drink within 5 years

Accompaniments : Seafood, white meat in sauce, fatty fish in sauce (mainly sauces made with butter and / or cream), foie gras or small game. It is also the ideal
partner for dishes based on mushrooms.
