Pinot Gris - Late Harvest

Vinification : Harvested in overmaturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in our cellar for several months in order to develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is high on fine lees until it is bottled.
Ageing : in tanks.
Tasting : This Pinot Gris late harvest, has a beautiful yellow golden robe. It is highly aromatic and develops notes of candied fruits and honey. The mouth is precise with a round attack but well raised by the acidity in the final.
Serving : 8 to 10°C
Storage : Drink within 15 years
Accompaniments : Due to its great maturity, this wine accompanies your appetizers, foie gras, confit dishes and desserts with elegance.
