Vinification: Harvested at its best maturity by hand. Then destemmed and sprinkled for a fermentation maceration of 15 days. Then, it is extracted in Burgundy barrels of several wines of 228l, in oak of the Vosges and Allier, to make its malolactic fermentation and a breeding.
Ageing : in oak.
Tasting : It has a beautiful purplish tint. Its nose is very fruity on notes of woody and red fruits. In the mouth its attack is powerful on notes of cherries and blackcurrant the whole raised by a silky note wooded.
Serving : 12 to 14°C
Storage : Drink within 10 years
