Vinification : Organic Agriculture. Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for several months in order to develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.

Ageing : in tanks.

Tasting : A bright yellow color, this Riesling presents aromas of citrus and white flowers. Its attack is lively and generous on citrus notes typical of the grape variety.

Serving : 8 to 10°C

Storage : Drink within 5 years

Accompaniments : To be served with raw fish or cooked with water, seafood, as well as traditional Alsatian cuisine and fresh cheeses.
