Vinification : Organic Agriculture. Harvested at its best maturity by hand and pressed in whole grapes. It ferments in cellar for several months in order to
develop its richness to the maximum. Then it is raised on fine lees until it is bottled.

Ageing : in tanks.

Tasting : It has a pale yellow color. On the nose it develops aromas of fruits with white flesh such as peach and apricot. In the mouth its attack is frank, precise, then it turns out very crunchy and glutinous.

Serving : 8 to 10°C

Storage : Drink within 5 years

Accompaniments : To be served with raw fish or cooked with water, seafood, as well as traditional Alsatian cuisine and fresh cheeses.
