Tasting : Ruby, clean and mouthtinged with a high aromatic intensity on notes of red fruits cooked in liquorice nuances.

Serving : 16°C to 18°C

Storage : 4 to 7 years

Accompaniments : Red meats, game, spicy dishes, cheeses.
