Vinification: Maceration of 3 weeks with regular shedding and fermentation at 26/28 ° C in order to extract the different aromas and its very strong color. Pressing, racking before and after malolactic fermentation, tangential filtration.

Aging : 12 months on fine lees

Guard: around 6 years.

Tasting: Red wine with a very deep and deep robe. A powerful, complex and rich nose with notes of red fruit, spices and kirsch. On the palate, Generous, this wine has a beautiful structure, a nice balance, fine and silky tannins.

Food and wine pairing: Ideal with cooked red meats, game, Legs, spicy cooked meals, Cheese platter.
