Vinification : Maceration of 8 to 10 days with regular shedding and a fermentation at low temperature. Pressing, suotirage before and after malo lactic fermentation. Tangential filtration.

Ageing : in tank during 3 to 6mounth

Tasting : Wine with a ruby color. Clear nose and full of finesse with notes of small red fruits. Mouth with good aromatic power of cherry, blackberries, spices. Fine tannins.

Serving : 16°C

Storage : 2 to 5 years

Accompaniments : Red meats, game, spicy dishes, cheese trays.
