Tasting : Clear and frank robe, very aromatic nose on notes of exotic fruits and citrus, in mouth a nice structure and a good aromatic intensity. We find in the mouth the exotic and citrus flavors present in the nose.

Serving : 8 to 10°C

Storage : 2 to 4 years

Accompaniments : shellfish, white meat, cheeses
