Tasting : Deep and sustained dress. Powerful, complex and rich nose with notes of ripe black fruit mixed with aromas of spices and kirsch. Generous on the palate with a fine balance and fine and silky tannins.

Serving : 18°C

Storage : 4 to 7 years

Accompaniments : Red meats, game, leg of lamb, ready meals, cheeses.
